My career began in systems engineering, where I spent years designing technical solutions for complex business challenges. Working in fast-paced industries, I built systems that reached millions of users. But over time, I realized the biggest hurdle wasn’t just technology. It was how people and organizations adapted to change. That realization shifted my focus from pure execution to driving meaningful transformation.
Throughout my career, I’ve led digital initiatives across industries, from governments and financial institutions to telecom providers and global corporations. At companies like Mentor Graphics, Mobilkom, Zurich Insurance, Helsana, SPIE, and Bucher + Suter, I’ve helped turn innovative ideas into scalable solutions, combining leadership with hands-on execution.
Today, I oversee global IT engineering and operations, driving digital transformation through infrastructure modernization and strategic innovation. My approach ensures technology creates measurable business value while empowering teams to adapt and excel.
